Comfortably sleeps 9 (6 beds) with two King bedrooms, and a third bunk room with a Queen, two XL twins, and a twin trundle. This home features lots of light and is located on the quieter northern end of the iconic Promenade within walking distance from everything downtown Seaside has to offer.

Plenty of space to hang out with your family and friends; sit and enjoy the large covered front porch, or play a game or two in the 550 sq foot garage game room featuring ping pong, arcade basketball, and air hockey. Or just relax in the Hot Tub out back!

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
